Austin Apartment Locating Service – Martha at Greenlight Locating is awesome!! It was the easiest experience finding an apartment ever. She spent a lot of time getting a great list of apartments together and emailed us. She spent two days driving us around and as an expert of Austin, telling us all about the city! She was very helpful in finding specials and deals on leases I didn't know about and made sure I was clear on the terms and details of each apartment we visited. Professional, Courteous, and always on time – It took us 3 trips out to find the right house to suit my needs, but we found it. I am extremely busy and Jason really worked around my schedule to go see homes. He had everything mapped out to save time with the drive and really knew his stuff when it came to the area I was looking in. Greenlight is the best...ask for Martha – It took me 6 months to find a place to live. I wasn't in a hurry and was very, VERY picky. I worked with Martha, who is amazing. She was incredibly patient and knowledgeable about Austin. If there was a place I heard about, she would be honest with me and say it had a questionable landlord or wasn't in the best part of town. I've found a place I couldn't be happier with thanks to her.
