The property maintenance of this place is terrible. Stairways and halls are filthy. It’s embarrassing to have people over. These pictures are from my building alone.

RecommendedWe moved to Franklin from out of state after having a poor experience with our previous apartment. So far everything at Greenhaven has been great. The staff is friendly, helpful, efficient and have followed through with nearly everything promised and when we had one minor issue at move-in, Savannah and the team were quick to address it and get things taken care of. This place has been a breath of fresh air!
So peaceful and nice! Love it!!
