Well I usually write a good review about Greenberg Dental in Altamonte Springs but today I was told that they weren't taking emergencies today. The girl working the desk as a receptionist for the oral surgeon was rude and uncaring seeing that I was in pain and the way she spoke to me she could learn some manners and some professionalism!!!
WARNING!WARNING do not go to GREENBERG DENTAL. It's so sad that there seems to be only TWO employees worth dealing with in the whole Greenberg group and that's Dr.Pham and Nina at the front desk in the Altamonte Springs office in Orlando, Florida.The office employees that includes all the so call professional dentist in the Colonial office,Altamonte Springs office,the ones that answer the phones and customer service reps are all not worth a SHIT.5 stars for Dr.Pham and 5 stars for Nina.
Love my new smile. Dr. Quyen Pham was wonderful. Went the extra step for me, my teeth are happy. Thankyou, thankyou. Will be back. Root canel next.
