After my dentist retired, I was so nervous about starting out with someone new, but my fears were greatly relieved when I had crown work done by his replacement, Susan Charles, D.D.S. at Greenbay Family Dental. She really took the time to explain things, was very reassuring throughout as well as gentle and efficient. I also noticed an upgrade in equipment and techniques that made the experience so much more comfortable. I can highly recommend the entire staff there.

I had a great experience, if one can in a dental office. Nancy My hygienist was great. I still had some pain, but it’s the dental office, right.
When my daughter had a toothache, they were able to get us in the day I called and took care of it right then and there.
Definitely a five star plus experience. Staff is very pleasant and professional. Highly skilled and knowledgeable. Dr. Charles is is excellent...easy to talk to, clearly explains everything and is very good dentist. I highly recommend this practice for your family dental needs.

I have been going to this office all my life (with the exception of a few years I lived out of state), and they are wonderful! Nancy is quick and efficient at cleaning my teeth, Dr. Bruce makes me feel comfortable, Cathy keeps a well-run office, and the entire staff make me feel welcome. I highly recommend visiting Greenbay Family Dental.

I went and had my wisdom tooth pulled yesterday and Dr. Charles was brilliant! I hate needles and the dentist chair but I DIDN'T FEEL A THING! I will definitely return for future work. Thx Dr. Charles for a pleasant experience!
