Love the new dentist, she's great. Some of the hygienists talk a lot, even stop working to talk. Not a bad thing, just slows the appointment down a bit. Overall, satisfied.

Dr. Charles has put together the most qualified, professional, pleasant and dedicated staff that I have ever been involved with as a patient. I think I have some experience in that area as I have been a patient to six different practices in Illinois. I am moving away now, and rather than change, I am seriously considering returning here twice a year for my cleanings and check-ups and extending my stay a bit if I have to have anything else done. When I find the best, I like to stay with it.

I am probably a dentist worst nightmare, blood pressure raises just sitting in the waiting room - my first trip to GBFD was for a cleaning and the bloosdpressure went up just thinking about it - however, the entire staff was so reassuring that I left smiling and had no problem going back for the start of a partial.. All I can say is the staff and Dr. Charles are awesome and I can actually get in the office without freaking out. Thank you.
My family of 6 have been coming here for years. The staff are polite, professional and friendly. By far the best dental facility we have ever had.

Excellent service! Nancy is jewel. She explains everything to you. I was more than pleased.
I've been a patient of Green Bay Family Dental for years and have always been happy with the service. After Dr Ron retired, Dr Charles took over. She is a terrific dentist and puts the nervous patient right at ease. I'd recommend her (and the hygenists) to anyone whos looking for a high quality, and professional dentist.
