Outside of brushing my teeth & Listerine (yuck) I know next to nothing about dental care, yet I left your office with a clear understanding of what was going on with my teeth/gums and what my treatment plan was. The dental hygenist (Kathy?) was very informative/patient with my questions and the front office staff seemed genuinely happy to have my business.
I was in for a cleaning. The staff is so friendly and welcoming. They put my mind at ease. I walked out feeling like I had the cleanest teeth in town.
I had my first visit today and the staff impressed me. I was treated with such wonderful care and concern. They did a complete exam, the dental hygienist that cleaned my teeth and took x-rays was excellent !! The receptionist was outstanding....she had to get a medication list for me and she did so quickly and with sincere kindness. The dentist was detailed and profession but had such a caring spirit. This was by far the best dentist appointment I've ever had. They hygienist, Nancy was very friendly and personable. I had been going to the same dentist for over 15 years before and I was happy with them, but I've never had such a pleasant visit. I would definitely recommend Greenbay Family Dental to anybody.
I am instructed to floss, so I do. That makes my dentist visits short and less painful; it also makes my dentist a happy smiling wonder. Rangers Lead The Way!
I was very pleased with the appt. The appt was on time and the check-up was thorough. Everyone in the office was very pleasant!
