Great location and convenient to major highways and all of what downtown Tulsa has to offer. Large open floor plans and everything except the kitchen cabinets is White (which I love). Bottom floor apartments are live/work units with your commercial space in the front and a large 700+ sq. ft. studio apartment in the back. We loved living here for the past five years. The only complaint is noise from upstairs neighbors as their floors are either ceramic tile or polished plywood, which is extremely noisy. If you can handle that... read more
RecommendedI am one of the original GreenArch residents and have lived in this community for five years. I guess it's obvious I love living here, otherwise i would have moved. I work downtown so this location is perfect for me. I'm a season ticket holder for the Tulsa Drillers and living next to the ballpark is so awesome! Being located at the Greenwood, Blue Dome, and Tulsa Arts District means we have great restaurants and bars all within walking distance. I walk to concerts at Cain's Ballroom and Brady Theater. I lived in a studio here for 2 years and absolutely loved it! The community of residents are friendly and personable. All staff members are prompt, helpful, and willing in all aspects. The location is perfect with bars and restaurants all in close walking distance. And a bonus to living facing downtown is the fireworks you can see from your windows during the summer baseball season. The pet fees are totally reasonable as well. Only great things to say about Greenarch, if I wasn't relocating for a job I'd absolutely stay!!
The staff is amazing! The girl I talked to spent time walking me through all my questions!
Greenarch was a great apartment complex to live in!! Management was always very accommodating and friendly, and all maintenance requests were handled in an extremely timely manner!
