My VIP Suite was just awesome and the service of everyone in front of and behind the scenes from the car service to check-in and everyone in between we're truly professional thank you. The Green Valley Ranch Resort thank you for making my 2018 NNA’s Notary of the Year Special Honoree Conference so special for me and mom, we enjoyed it all in grand style.
I wish I can give gvr 5 stars ! It’s a great place staff is some what friendly but just recently they stated to charge for kids to get in the pool witch is up setting ! I don’t allow my kids to take all there pool toys footballs or anything along those lines it’s sad that gvr is trying to kick out kids ! From my understanding the pool manger should of Checked peoples pool pass email not assumed a screen shot email would work! The staff was telling me now they are loosing business because locals won’t pay for there kids to go... read more
Nice casino!
The property is very nice and clean but it's not very big. The online pictures make the property look expansive. The casino is decent but dark & not very big so I didn't sign up for the promotions or anything. The variety of fast food, Starbucks, and restaurants is nice. A big plus is the plaza, The District, with more restaurants and shopping that is easy to walk to. The room in the east wing was nice and clean, however the shower is like a stall with a 1980s tile on the floor that didn't match any other tile in the bathroo... read more
I have the best experience....especially the pool, spa and sauna....not too crowded and friendly staff. I have a great time playing the konami slot machines where it rewarded me with s lot of free game bonuses where at one time it was 800 free games. That waz so exciting..I’ll define would be back..
My host DeAnna is great she communicates with me as my friend... not under a since of obligation that means a lot in the since of customer service thank you again DeAnna😉
Worst place ever. Staff are extremely rude. I've complained about the same issue... not once, twice but 8 times! Getting service here is the worst and believe me I never take the time to leave reviews but felt compelled to in this instance. I will say the establishment is well kept but service is a F.
