This is a beautiful facility - I never left the building I loved it so much. Had a wonderful time at our convention last year and looking forward to the next one in May 2020. Here we come!

Bed sheets had not been changed before our checking in. Evidenced by the photo we took and the Housekeeping Supervisor did same. Asst Manager James called and offered to comp a night on our next stay. Told him we won''''''''t be back to Vegas. He offered $100 and I asked him to have Hotel Manager to call to discuss. I called and left messages almost everyday since check out 9/8 (phone # and even my email address) for Christian Castillo. Awesome resort! Amazing pool area! Every amenity at your fingertips..from casino to restaurants, to cinema....u don’t have to leave the property for anything because they have everything! And the customer service is phenomenal too! Will stay here again for sure! 👍🏾👍🏾
