The first night we arrived the floor flooded out of the bathroom. We were provided another room. Our last night we stayed in a $600 a night suite that was supposed to sleep 4. There was no bedding for the fold out bed. There was no trash can for the living area. The slide out doors that separated the rooms were not connected to anything. The scale did not work. bad experience, knowing that you have a coupon for the buffet to eat and that you have to proved that the coupon is yours, also that you have to take it to the kiosk so you can verify that you cant use it and that the kiosk does not recognize any coupon for you, after I received it by mail every monthly and in costumer service cant help-me you to use the coupon, the coupon has no name who can use it. I am a VIP customer at Stations Casino I put a hundred and eighty thousand through this place in two and a half months I have had nothing but problems the only thing I asked for was a call back from corporate or the general manager and they can't even do that

I won’t be coming here ever again. Came to cash my check, which I have been doing for over ten years at Stations Casinos, and they told me they could not cash it because of the amount of the check and that I don’t have enough “play”. So basically they won’t cash my check because I don’t gamble and blow my money. Pretty fucking disappointed considering I do come here and eat, go to the movies, the buffet among other things and on a regular basis. Not anymore.
