Beautiful resort. The dealers need a little lesson in how to be nicer to guess
GVR is a beautiful resort with breathtaking villas, suites, and rooms.
Have been coming here for over five years but NEVER AGAIN! The manager at the Feast Buffet was horribly rude to us and no one responded when we reached out several times for help. Also their resort fee covered use of their spa and all of a sudden it is no longer included, even though I didn’t see a change in the resort fee amount. This place is only about making money and is an insult to the hospitality industry.
The size of the Ceaser salad is so small compared to what it was last week and still have to pay $8.99! That is not right! I won’t come here anymore to the Grand Cafe!
