So far....no good. Check in desk clerk was rude. Asked for a second or third floor room when booking....was told could accommodate and that was not the case upon check in. Poolside service is poor. Asked for drinks three times. $20 drink filled half way. Ordered Cobb salad since I have been traveling since 3 a.m.....cold chicken, cold bacon....nothing fresh about it. I did not I did not stay in the motel but I have been there for 2 days back and forth I think everybody's really polite and respectful will be back will highly recommend it to my friends and family thank you for such an awesome time Green Valley Ranch Resort and Spa �

I love Green Valley Ranch Casino it's off the strip it's not crowded the staff is perfect there are over 30 + restaurants pubs bars Sportsbook movie theaters the rooms are beautiful you cannot go wrong at Green Valley Ranch right off the top of my head there are 7 golf courses within 5 miles just saying you'll have a great time

Did not like going to bed to find blood on my sheets then found more on pillows, called housekeeping to have them change them out, obviously they didn’t change pillows, same bloody pillows got put back on bed after trying to get back in bed for a second time, ridiculous that they never changed sheets, whoever was in charge of my room at checking-in apparently didn’t care, last time I stayed at GVR there were roaches crawling everywhere and up the walls, you guys really need to get it together. It’s UNACCEPTABLE!

Great resort - close enough to the craziness of Vegas to get there easily without being IN it. Lovely, helpful staff; comfortable rooms; good food; nice meeting rooms. Only negative, which is important for lots of people: WiFi is absolutely terrible (and cellular wasn’t solid either, so we were stuck). Had to pay for premium WiFi just for my email to come in. It’s very pretty and away from the busy strip. You can be at a machine for awhile before a bar maid would show up �to take your order for a drink. Not many people are here, usually locals

We had an amazing time at this beautiful resort! Incredible staff, beautiful rooms and views! Only complaint I have is the Wifi sucked!
