Stayed at this resort December 2017 and cleaning staff stole an $800 pair of earrings from my room. The hotel did nothing about it. Told me they couldn't prove who stole them even though there was only one person who entered the room besides myself. They told me this after the told me the results of the scan they did on the key entry to the room.

We came for Winter Village and at first we were disappointed because they no longer had the tabletop s'mores. But then we went to the reserved fire pits and Michael and Alicia in the Frost Bar were able to accommodate us with the best S'mores and a quick trip at a fire pit. That made my night. I'll definitely look into reserving a fire pit next time.

Beautiful hotel and rooms but after the open bar at our Christmas party closed they charged $10 for a beer... And the bar in the hotel only charged $3.50. Most ridiculous price for a drink ever. Guess they take advantage of people having fun and drinking at social events. Its a shame.

This was the best stay on land. A beautiful resort with everything you want and wonderful options you didn't know you needed for the perfect vacation. Our family reunion was based here. I plan on several return visits.

Cocktail service is one of the worst in the valley. Not blaming the gals. It is management’s fault for not knowing how to cover a gaming floor. Go to a local bar instead and get better service , more variety of beer and looser machines. Too bad that they have lost the vision of customer service upon which the Fertittas built this business.
