We always come here whenever we’re in town. Do wish the gym was 24/7, but always a great experience.
Massive resort with everything from movie theaters to ice skating rinks. Next to one of the best walking malls this side of Hawaii. Quiet, clean, good food, great sports book.
It’s a beautiful place and the customer service is excellent.
We have had many visits to GVR and always found the facility to be first class, the staff professional and warm, and the amenities to be excellent. Off the strip too! Adjacent is a wonderful mall called The District. I would choose GVR anytime over the strip hotels.
My husband & I have lived in Las Vegas 11 & 1/2 Years now & we’ve never visited Green Valley Ranch Resort Spa & Casino.... It is fantastic! We only hung out a few hours, but we plan to return & stay a few nights. The atmosphere was wonderful, excellent customer service in every area, outstanding food & a variety of great entertainment ... we highly recommend it!!!! Thanks for everything!!! I like GVR. Always have. PBX was great and the VIP guest check in saw there was a long line at check in and came to get us to help with the wait. Good for them! Valet, security and the front desk were great. The property is beautiful and well kept. However, the shower leaks and smells. Did when we got in so housekeeping should have noticed. Also NOT a fan of the tip cards. 1st it was in the bathroom, then they placed it on the night stand b/c clearly we must have missed it! Absolutely ridiculous!!!! Green Valley Ranch is not about servicing their customers!!! The amount of money my parents (residents of Vegas) “give” this place!!! Then visiting, I was playing a machine, it went to a bonus round, but screen froze. Had to call service. They restarted and couldn’t get it working. The floor manager, Jeff, came over and said (in a very condescending tone) there was nothing they could do...even though we had already been waiting 40 minutes!!! Seriously?!?!
