I received free buffet vouchers from a mistake that was made on their end a few months ago, went to use them at the buffet, and whatever comp number was written on there was wrong, so i was turned away. I am so upset with their customer service, it's not even funny. Yvonne (supervisor at the buffet) said, " well, you still have a month to figure out who's comp number this is." This casino is horrible in terms of service. I don't eat at the buffet because the food is always cold. The only place I eat there is Fatburger or Capriotti's. If you notice security follows you around also making you feel uncomfortable. I'm not the only one that doesn't like gvr lots of other people hate it also. Their machines are so tight all you hear are crickets. Horrible Casino.
Always clean, the breakfast buffet is delicious and reasonably priced, the resort has everything you could want (movies, restaurants, shopping area etc) and staff is very friendly. Serves as a neighborhood casino as well as a destination hotel/casino.
Checked in for a large group meeting(made my reservation 30 days prior) and when I got here they only had a smoking room...it was horrible...couldn't sleep...didn't help my asthma and ALL she could say was that your colleagues are on that wing too and they don't smoke. That is not the point...the ROOM was filled with smoke smell...I left it at 5am and had to check back hourly (even though they said they would call me when my new room was ready) and didn't get a new one until 3:30 pm....POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE...even wrote and ... read more
Love the casino and restaurant and the sports book just their prices are kinda on the high side

Great place for locals to hang out at! I'm close by to a movie theater.
Had a ladies day out spa day it was great . All six of us were promptly checked in. Started our experience with a nice lush robe off to our message retreat . Enjoyed the outdoor and indoor jaquizzi as well . The atmosphere was perfect , relaxing and definitely 5 star experience . Had complimentary mimosas when we checked as well . Very happy day will certainly do again !
