Outstanding experience from the greeting at the valet to the poolside drink service, Highly recommend for a fabulous vacation.
Fun place. Great slots. Best buffet in town. Well kept and very clean
Just visited the GVR and had a fabulous time! The hotel is beautiful, very bright and welcoming. The staff was very attentive and friendly. The pool area is relaxing and the cabanas are an added bonus. We ate at different restaurants on property and couldn't have asked for better food and service. Can't wait for our next visit!

Visited GVR to see friends and it was emaculent as always. Great service, clean and beautifully decorated. We had a cabana and it was so delightful and a great value. I loved the grape vineyard by the pool. We eat at Pizza Rock delicious. I will be back.
Not impressed with customer service. I stayed there because I was attending a convention located in the hotel meeting rooms. I won't stay there again.
Did the day spa and a massage. My masseuse was JR. Best massage I've ever had by far. Highly recommend the spa services👍🏿👍🏿
The resort is impeccable. Pool is pretty good size, sandbottom is awesome (but full of kids as you'd suspect). However the guest hotel experience is less than stellar. I booked two nights - they didn't have my room ready when I arrived at midnight, so they moved to me to another room (west tower), but asked me to move to the other side of the hotel (east tower) for the second night.
