I'm new to the area and have adopted GVR as my home. Food is good at the Grand Cafe and at Pizza Rock. The venue is great and we enjoyed seeing Sinbad. We will be back.
This is a beatiful first class resort. The staff is wonderful and the food is even better!
Posh and off the strip resort and Casino. Shuttles to Strip or ? Beautiful and comfortable rooms and superior staff. This is a YES to stay at! Only negative is no coffee in rooms but...room service is prompt
I think your staff need to have better customer service skills! They were rude to my husband; he asked where he could purchase a drink and one employee stated in a particular area. When he tried to go in that area, he was stopped and told he was not allowed to enter that area. Also, it was never explained...why he could not enter that area! This seems like age discrimination, because we are seniors, most of your staff seem to be extremely younger...This was July 4th, at approximately 6:30 pm.
Me and my family love this place. Employee are awesome 👏 and we always had fun!
Best fireworks show in town 👍 We enjoyed every minute, they have a wonderful pool area.

My Husband and I really enjoy staying at this Hotel. We have been stayed here about 6 times over the last year and it is our new favorite place! The rooms are modern and clean. They we have enjoyed all of the resteraunts on property although the cafe is our least favorite. Hanks and Pizza Rock are awesome! The staff is friendly and welcoming.
