Wow to start off I'm new to Nevada from California and I'm now a local. Loved the casino treated me so nice will definitely be my new local place when I gamble.

The coffee bar person was wonderful in the morning. She took my order, personalized it, and put it in the tray so I could carry it!
We didn't have chance to stay in your hotel, because, we owned a Timeshare Grandview Resort Vegas and our Vacation home. However, We're in Vegas most of the time. Often, we visit Mr Parker in the Bingo Room and play Bingo. We enjoyed your Restaurants. Wednesday Senior Movie, like to try your Theatre. lol. I just completed a one week stay and had the most unfortunates thing occur while staying there. When i returned to my room on Tuesday evening after working at client housekeeping a set a large bundle of soiled towel on the clean clothes in my suitcase (i took a picture). The front desk sent t maintenance supervisor who showed up and apologized saying it should have never happened. When i contacted management at the desk they told me they would look into it (felt like they did not believe me) and that was the last i heard of ... read more
Started staying here in 2001. All I can say is we won't be going back after our stay just recently! Room was subpar. Service was mediocre and the environment has completely changed for the worse! Time to find a new place!

Green Valley Ranch is in Henderson. A stones throw away from the Strip yet different in many ways. The District and Henderson are a click towards class and tranquility all with sun and arid heat. Enjoy! I always do.
