They took care of my wife asap. Very pleased on how quick they were with my wife.
I feel hopeful that Dr Mason is going to help me. I do have to say though the wait times(35 minutes from check in to be brought back to my room and then wait another 10 minutes to be seen) and such and the rather short and rude admin staff (because I am certain I was the last patient leaving the clinic, I felt very rushed by the agent at check out. Wow. After seeing all these terrible reviews I'm glad I didn't even get the chance to meet with this Dr or his staff. I called January 23rd and set an appointment for today 2/23, a month wait for a new client. I had a funny feeling when I got up today as I had not heard from their office to confirm the appointment. I sat on hold for a few minutes while they tried to find my appointment only to be told they have no record of me anywhere. I was asked if I wanted to come in next week instead. I can't express my gratitude enough to Dr. Gabroy and his staff. They have continually helped me thru one trauma after another, medical maladies, tumors and heart problems. All taken in stride and with the best personal care imaginable. My doctor and his staff have helped me thru much of my transition from male to female, I can't thank them enough. What an amazing staff! They take all your needs into consideration and are very straightforward with their responses. They provide a comfortable environment which helps relieve any stresses a patient may have prior to walking in the door. Will recommend and share!
