Nice hospital, ER was good, had me seen within minutes and I was treated and released within 2 hours. Dr. Kaiser was really respectful of my needs. The receptionists were also very nice.
One of the worst experiences we where not told what they would check my son for yesterday and when I asked I was told not worry about it and that I didn't need to know. Sad since they are right done the corner from us
Yes I went there on Friday. Diagnosed with pneumonia. The had me on a regimen but I wasn't getting better switched to something else. I was still weak and my left lung was now hurting. They sent me home anyway. I am home with nausea, headache and yes fever again.im passed one .ore day would have made a difference but you are all about the big pharma and money. Probably why you filed bankruptcy and all your doctor's are foreigners. SMH
My husband went to ER, then to ICU, then to a regular ward. He spent 3 1/2 days there. He had excellent care in all the three areas. The staff was courteous and treated him with dignity. We did not have to wait long to get into ER . The whole atmosphere of the hospital is soothing. There are photographs on all the walls of scenes in Green Valley and Tucson. Recently needed help with a SBO, my 9th episode. Pain med's give, and to the floor for resting the gut. Hope the hospital stays open, we need it. Staff friendly and answers quickly. I wish I got to have tasted the food, clear liq. nasty. no salt or flavors to the broths.
I have to say i love this hospital! Staff are amazing !!!!! Very kind treat us as if they are caring for a family member , go out of their way to make you feel comfortable. Cleanest facility ive ever been to & very modern. So for me i dont mind traveling the extra 15 minutes from nogales az to this hospital.
I was recently released from Green Valley Hospital after a three day stay which included visits to the ER, ICU and regular patient room. I was treated as if I was the only person in the hospital and every nurse, doctor, PCT and administrative person attended to me with care, genuine interest and compassion for my health. I can name all those who cared for me because they treated me as if we were longtime friends and they truly wanted me back on my feet again. I was taken by ambulance on 03/08/17 after falling while walking my 2 big dogs. They saw I rabbit that I didn't and decided to give chase. My right leg went sideways and my left leg went out from under me and I went down. I was in the ER about 2 hours and they decided I needed to be admitted due to my injuries and low oxygen saturation. Just got out today. I thought I received the best care ever. Thank you to the staff for taking such good care of me.
