I love the services expect for one blonde girl I don't know if she is a nurse or pt or something but I'm here with my sons. And one of my son and I needed to use the restroom and we went to the one by the nurse station and we were standing there and I asked if there was another restroom we could use cause someone was in the one we were waiting for and a nurse asked the blonde girl if she would like to show us the other rest room and she straight out said no. I went to the Green Valley Hospital with chest pains. I was taken immediately and treated. From there I was transported to ICU. Three different doctors took care of me daily. The staff were very professional, attentive, knowledgeable, caring, and personable. The food was great. I would recommend Green Valley Hospital as the best hospital I have ever stayed at. Please give your support to this wonderful hospital so close to home..
I can not say enough about how incredible the ED staff is! I came in alone, had an MRI with abnormalities. The staff was so comforting and kept checking in to make sure that I was okay and went above and beyond any expectations I could have ever had for that night. GVH is extremely clean, large, private rooms, new technology and equipment for staff. Since I work days, I did not no any of the night shift but I absolutely love working at this place as well. Worst hospital experience I've yet to have! Waited 6 hours to not even be checked on.. With only an IV stuck in me.. It even started to bleed pretty badly and they said it was OK..... I ended up leaving because they did not help me at all and I still got a bill around $600.00.... Worst hospital ever... Only 1 doctor was there.... I ended up having a miscarriage and losing my baby because they wouldn't even check on me!!! They said they couldn't do an ultrasound cuz it was to early in pregnancy... Worst hospital billing experience ever, terrible customer service, and shady business dealings. Is there a level less than poor? I received an explanation of benefits from my insurance company that I owed the hospital a $150 copay and that the rest of the bill would be paid by the insurance company in check issued to the HOSPITAL. I promptly paid the copay. That was in September. It is now February, and the hospital billing department has harassed me to no end They claim the check from the insurance company was sent to me. Kristy Little I agree. Is there a rating for 'less than poor'. My company graciously extended these classless people in the billing dept. net 30 terms for $700.00 worth of goods from us. They refuse to pay and just say the check is in the mail. customer beware. They are dishonest, at the LEAST.
Admitted 1/8 with acute pancreatitis. Couldn't really ask for a more positive staff. A few "new to this" hitches, but a beautiful facility! Healthcare professionals,....they need you here. I'd say they're understaffed. It looks like a great place to work too...
Day 2 after surgery and all I can say is I love the staff everyone has gone above and beyond to keep me comfortable doctor who did my surgery awesome man anesthesiologist great man two even made my kids feel comfortable when they came in, love love the staff love the hospital just one little thing cafeteria can be a bit better menu whose but other than that very happy with green valley hospital ❤️
