Waiting since 10 am, and their was people that had been their since 9 am! To be waiting for that long it is truly frustrating. They had guy w leg lacerations bleeding through his bandages, and he just went in and was their before us. That’s not good. Service definitely has declined since when they first opened.
staff and nurses are lazy. to busy texting have to be reminded by doctors to do there job. Choose life go some where else
I just got home from the er..I was there 7 hours. I showed up coughing so bad I could barely breathe, I was crying and scared, I have never been that scared in my life. The ER staff showed no sense of urgency. They said they would call me back soon. I walked over to a corner, stood against a wall because there were no chairs and cried and coughed by myself for an hour, while the while waiting room stared at me like I had the plague, and I don't blame them. if you want to be treated like trash then this is the place for you. The only nice person there was the lady who took my CT. Everyone else was extremely rude. The recepmptionest, medic, 2 nurse, doctor and head of the ER were all rude. I don't know if it's the lack of training or the fact that they are under staffed, but this problem should be fixed and should never happen again.
Stay away from this place. They have no idea what they're doing.

Went a few times to the ER. Excellent care with a supportive and professional staff. You will do well putting your care in their hands.
Very smooth, quick ER admission. Friendly caring staff took care of my emergency without a lot of waiting.
I was woken up with numbness and tingling on my entire left side of my body. We were so close to GV hospital so we rushed to the ER. I was seen within minutes, had a team of about 7-8 working on me right away. The symptoms worsened and I was diagnosed with having a stroke. All of the staff, doctors, nurses, techs, etc. we’re amazing and attentive.
