Everytime I need a part they are never open even though the website says there open. I have wasted gas going there multiple times only faced with a locked door.
BJ turned around a repair in no time when we were stopping through town. This one-person shop has got top-notch customer service.
I appreciated BJ's quick service on my Trek while coming thru town on the Grand Illinois Bike Tour '23! He did some trouble shooting & repacked my bottom bracket & refused payment to get me back on the tour! It's a small city bike shop with good service and friendly face. I will go there again if I come thru Dixon.
I have had excellent work done n very professional every time . Very organized bike mechanic n very affordable as well. Thanks.
