The Green Light Diner is the vision of owners Laura and John Nesby. Long time restaurateurs in the Poulsbo community, The Green Light aims to pay homage not only to the roots of Historic Poulsbo but also the American dining scene by rekindling the spirit of the classic diner. Serving quality but simple "Comfort Food" meals complete with a vintage soda fountain. Breakfast is served all day as well as a broad lunch and dinner menu. Local craft beers on tap, wine and a full cocktail list is also available.

I want to say how great The Green Light Diner takeout is. I’ve tried a few takeout places and most of the time the fries are cool and soggy by the time I drive 10 min to get home. Not Green Light. The meals were amazing. Fries tasted fresh even after the 10 min drive home. We got a burger with bacon and a chicken strip basket. Seriously satisfied my craving for comfort food.
