The Green Light Diner is the vision of owners Laura and John Nesby. Long time restaurateurs in the Poulsbo community, The Green Light aims to pay homage not only to the roots of Historic Poulsbo but also the American dining scene by rekindling the spirit of the classic diner. Serving quality but simple "Comfort Food" meals complete with a vintage soda fountain. Breakfast is served all day as well as a broad lunch and dinner menu. Local craft beers on tap, wine and a full cocktail list is also available.

Great menu, great staff. Loved the soy option for ice cream. Look forward to a other visit.
The food was pretty good but the wait was rather long and the staff seemed annoyed and in a hurry the whole time. Might visit again maybe just an off day.
I love this place, the food is always fresh and delicious. The staff is cool. Location is in adorable downtown Poulsbo. Highly recommend it to anyone in the area in need of a meal. They won't disappoint.

I was looking for a good place to have breakfast while in Poulsbo for a business meeting. The Green Light Diner was awesome and exceeded all my expectations!
What a treasure. First awesome service. Greeted with a smile. Staff made suggestions and the food was OUTSTANDING. Well done Green Light Diner. This was my second visit and here are the words we want to hear. I will be back!
