Long time restaurateurs in the Poulsbo community, The Green Light aims to pay homage not only to the roots of Historic Poulsbo but also the American dining scene by rekindling the spirit of the classic diner. Serving quality but simple "Comfort Food" meals complete with a vintage soda fountain. Breakfast is served all day as well as a broad lunch and dinner menu. Local craft beers on tap, wine and a full cocktail list is also available.

Orange Chocolate Milkshake - best milkshake I have ever had - seriously. The garlic parmesan fries were pretty good too. And the people here were really great.
Had a great breakfast! Coffee hot and strong, very good.
