I just had the worst customer service experience at Green Subaru. It makes me super disappointed that I bought a car through Green. Not like anyone gives a damn now since I've already handed over a descent chunk of cash to this company. I guess there is no need to make me happy as a customer now since the sale is in the past. This was my fourth car purchase through a Green store and it will be my last.
Purchased a new Crosstrek in July and liked it so much we just purchased a new Legacy as well. Great service and awesome staff. Thanks!
Alvin Robinson was a charming and helpful salesman. He got me the Kia I wanted at the price I wanted. Getting all of the paperwork done took longer than we would have liked, but I guess that's to be expected. Everyone was super nice!
I get anxious when buying a new vehicle; however, my salesman, Michael and finance guy, Eric were knowledgeable, friendly and professional-making it much easier. I had a lot of questions that were answered. I highly recommend these guys to work with you on your next purchase.
