Sales people (Alex) are great and the service people go the extra mile for you. However, I really want to see the management move into the future and embrace electric and plug in vehicles. I bought a niro plug in hybrid that needed to come from Chicago through dealership and did find them for test drives in Bloomington but not in Springfield. Absolutely outstanding shopping and buying experience. It was quick, painless, and best of all, we never once felt pressured. Alvin was outstanding to work with. I'd recommend them to anyone even remotely considering a new car.

The service department is fantastic! They never talk down to women, and it’s always been my experience that they finish with your car faster than the time estimate they give you. 😉

I've purchased two Kia Souls in the past couple of years from here. Alex Wells is wonderful to work with and makes everything so simple and hassle free, which I truly appreciate. Unlike most in sales, he isn't pushy and truly wants you to be happy with your decision. If you're looking for a new car go see him!

Michael was so patient with me from day 1. It took me a week to finally decide and Green Kia did the absolute best to get me the car I wanted at a rate I could some-what afford! Second car from here and I will continue to choose Green Kia! I've now had my used soul (because we cant afford to buy brand new) for what, 5 months? I had an absolutely wonderful experience with the salesman, Julian. He gave us an incredible deal and was honest and patient! It was my first experience buying a car from Green Kia and he made it super easy and worry free. I will be back! And I will most definitely recommend him if anyone is looking for a vehicle.

I am extremely happy with the Green Family auto dealerships. My family has now purchase six vehicles form them as my kids have grown older and we have had to look for cars for them. I highly recommend that when you are looking for a new or used vehicle that you stop by Green Kia and ask for Julian. We stopped in Saturday February 24th looking for our next vehicle and found one that we liked. This was the best "buy a car" experience I have ever had. Julian was just the greatest salesman. No pressure, he did not try to sell me something I didn't want. He was friendly, polite, and so was the man (whose name I have forgotten!) who did all the paperwork...I'll be back someday for another vehicle and it will be at Green Subaru! What a relaxed, friendly and informative experience.
