This place is unbelievable!! I needed warranty work done on my Subaru. Springfield is an hour and a half drive for me, after multiple trips and the worst customer service I have received from any business EVER. I will not be back for any reason. I will drive out of my way to avoid this “business” not a reliable place if you need your vehicle back in a timely manner this place has proven that the customer is not important !!!
Make sure everything or any "deal" they say is in writing. Bought my first new car from them. Was a pleasant experience until later on. They just want a sale. They don't return phone calls either! I love my car, but will go elsewhere in the future

Don't bother to try and buy a vehicle here. Made an appointment to look at a truck early last week. Came all the way from Decatur to see it. The day of the appointment they text to say they loaned it out to someone who was getting work done in a vehicle!?!? Seriously terrible customer service! Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere! They obviously don't care about selling vehicles!
Terrible rude unprofessional service department
Just purchased my Kia Sorento from Devin Norris. He did AMAZING helping me get such a great vehicle for my daughter and me! Excellent care, consideration and did absolutely everything to make it quick, easy and affordable for me!
We bought our Kia Optima little over a yr ago but NEVER heard from our sales person once! We expected some kind of acknowledgement since we were sooooo close to buying another Ford Fusion & ended up buying the Optima. On the other hand, the service department is top notch!
