Just had Mike out to check my split unit which I had moved to a different location The unit had a leak and needed vacuumed and freon added.Mike did a great job, here is the bad news. For less than 2 hours work I was charged 800.00, no itemized list just a 800 dollar bill.For less than 2 hours of work, 400 dollars an hour, I wonder if that is the normal A/C rate???
Matthew came to our home to look at a unit that Green’s installed last year. He quickly not only diagnosed the issue and quickly fixed it, but fixed a downstream issue that would have caused issues later. Cannot say enough good things - Matthew was quick, courteous, and proactive. He saved us from a bigger problem later simply because he wanted to ensure the job was done right!
