Very impressed with these guys. A few weeks ago my door would not move. I called and a technician showed up within 30mins of my calling. He repaired my door in less than an hour at a very fair price. The technician was very professional and skilled.Will highly recommend.
Was able to get same day service to replace broken spring. The installer also recommend replacing the worn out cables and pulleys and the mounting bracket from the opener to the door, which I agreed to do. Markup on their parts was probably 200% or more (looked up the price of the >$10 bracket that I was charged $25 for...) and labor was probably close to $100 hr, plus a $30 service call fee that was supposed to have been waived. Green garage door service was the quickest to respond. They had a very low service fee, and we didn’t even have to pay that because the price for the repair was very reasonable and they just waived the service fee. We appreciate a good and honest company. The job was done to our satisfaction as well.
