Can't ever get in anymore. Ive tried the last 5 days. You would think you would prioritize people and members who have already signed up. I canceled my membership. Clearly don't care about customers.
I was always pleased with my $7 basic car wash but was shocked to find out the basic went up to $11. A 64% increase? Are you kidding me? In addition, the young man at the gate was very flippant. I asked for the basic wash, he said "I don't know what that is". I said the $7 wash, he said "still don't know what that is. The cheapest is $11. That should give you incentive to purchase the monthly unlimited ". Not only will I not buy the unlimited, I'll go back to Buggy Bath. At least they will towel dry my car. What a punk.
Another drive thru car wash. Not all employees are helpful and not all equipment works.
unprofessional staff. i said no to a membership and got asked 6 more times from the same person…. worst feature: NO DRYING TOWELS. if you would like to use their towels, theres a fee. how confusing after spending $40 on a drive thru car wash…. not worth the wash price, at all.
