Very responsive. Nice people. Fair.
Sure, they held tough on price, but that's fair. Eventually, after 3 months, we came to an agreement. They followed through on everything they promised, and the car is beautiful. The checkout process took 100 minutes, so pretty good as dealers go. Overall a great experience.
Got an email right away, passed on the 76 stingray. Said they have other corvettes and will contact me right away, didn't hear from them again.
High pressure from Brad. All I wanted to do was test drive a truck and spent over an hour there. He basically degraded me and made me feel like an idiot for not liking the truck I drove. Probably won't be buying anything from them....
Everything was great. The communication was good. They marked the car as sold when they knew I was serious, which was nice. Had the Corvette parked out front waiting on me so I could see it when I pulled in. Car was very clean. Easy transaction. I flew from Alabama to get this car. So the only negative was their 70 yr old shuttle driver was 30 min late picking me up from the hotel. Pretty irritating since I was spending nearly $60k. The car was exactly as described. The service I received was excellent! The big dealer purchase was slower than I would like but everything else was great.
