Ignorance of inventory at best, bait and switch at worst. Not sure which. Wanted me to come see the car, when I got there, it was "not safe to drive". Never sent carfax per request via CarGurus. Never sent folder on car as they said they would. When asked what I was looking for, I informed her. She proceeded to claim that all HHRs in that price range are not any good...which would have included the one she allegedly wanted to sell to me! Tim, I apologize for your experience here at Green Chevrolet. Tracey should have let you know right from the start that the HHR was not in good mechanical condition. We have over 400 used cars in stock so it is impossible for everybody to know everything about every car without researching it, however, it appears she had plenty of time to do some leg work for you and save you some time.
