Update: I was contacted by Rod Hatefield and was told everything was explained which is a LIE. I was told on the phone what my payment would be and it was more after I arrived which was WAS not explained. They are making me the bad guy here. I trusted them and now they are calling me making out like this is what I was told. Sorry for the rant but I swear on my life nothing was the way it was supposed to be. I regret ever contacting and dealing with them. I'm not going to slander in any way just feel betrayed if trust.

Terrible experience over the phone. The person I spoke with had zero enthusiasm and acted like they couldn’t care less about helping me. No energy, no effort to answer questions, and definitely no attempt to make a sale. It felt like I was bothering them just by calling. If this is how they treat potential customers, I can only imagine how bad the in-person service is. I won’t be doing business with them.
Poor customer service. Forgot to provide key paperwork to complete registration. Took over a week to resolve.
