The worst dealership I have ever worked with. I bought a car with cash in July 2020. It is December 21, 2020 and I still haven't received the title. Their title office told me today there is an issue with the title; why the hell you sell the car to me if there is an issue with the title and are you ever going to tell me there is an issue with the title? You can refund me the money and take the car back .

RecommendedAlthough the staff and the service department are efficient and do a good job, I have a logistical problem that I’m sure others may share. I am a gun owner and I do carry a weapon in my truck. The dealership has posted a notice prohibiting concealed weapons inside the dealership. I respect that and have no problem with that and I would never boycott a business for making that choice. However, how is anyone supposed to bring a vehicle in for service with that restriction and wait for It in the waiting area? I am certainly not... read more

I purchased a GMC Terrain in aug of 2019, honestly everyone was pretty rude and gave me the run around. I can't believe I actually went ahead with the purchase. 10 days later, I was driving and the transmission went out. Thankfully I didn't have my one year old with me. They fixed my problem for free, which was great. But had to kinda fight with them. THEN, to top it all off, the repair shop forgot my car was in there once it was finished 🤣 So I had to call and call until finally someone was able to tell me where my car was... read more
