The service manager is cocky, an absolute &&$hole and lacks any people skills what so ever. I asked to speak with the owner and he refused to let me talk with him. I’ve spent over $75,000 at this dealership in the last 4 years. The first time I need to use my warranty is because the navigation screen on my wife’s 2018 Tahoe keeps going off for no reason. They decided they would have to try a cable before they replaced the entire unit. The problem with this is they say MAYBE they can get the cable in 2 months or so. So they expect us to not use the several thousand dollar option of the navigation/radio for 2 months and this is the only solution. Conveniently our warranty will run out so... read more
