I had an issue with my truck the day before Thanksgiving. I shared with Drew in the Service Dept. how desperately I needed my truck over the Thanksgiving Holiday. They made it happen!! They were friendly/professional!!

Great service at Gettel Chevrolet Buick GMC. Drew is very courteous and helpful. They fixed my 2007 Chevy truck problems after sitting in the garage for 6 months.

I have used Starling in Venice for the past 5 years. I have bought 2 vehicles from them but will NEVER use them again. The service manager is cocky, an absolute &&$hole and lacks any people skills what so ever. I asked to speak with the owner and he refused to let me talk with him. I’ve spent over $75,000 at this dealership in the last 4 years. The first time I need to use my warranty is because the navigation screen on my wife’s 2018 Tahoe keeps going off for no reason. They decided they would have to try a cable before they replaced the entire unit. The problem with this is they say MAYBE they can get the cable in 2 months or so. So they expect us to not use the several thousand dollar option of the navigation/radio for 2 months and this is the only solution. Conveniently our warranty will run out so... read more
