Every person at Bradshaw automotive was super friendly. We would definitely recommend this dealership to any one looking to buy a vehicle. Our salesman Kelly was not pushy at all. We never once felt pressured to make a decision about anything. Mr. Earnest was also wonderful about making sure we understood everything before we signed papers. Definitely a 5 star experience.

Have had my truck back for well over a week. Still not fixed. No one has checked up like they said. Can’t drive it. Very frustrating! They know it was not fixed when I picked it up. Told me it was a fuse and sent me off. It’s not a fuse. The problem is in the dashboard. Worst customer service ever.

Pay attention to your paperwork. They did not pay off our trade fully and we had to cover the difference to avoid issues with us buying our house and are now fighting with them over it. Unethical dealership. I will never buy from them again or recommend them.
