I am giving them a a 1 star rating because Im forced to. Worst place ever to take your animal. Insensitive, money hungry, and have no compassion. They charged me $1600.00 dollars to put my 15 year old dieing dog down. Plus $160.00 just to examine her. They wouldn't even look at her until the bill was payed up front. These people should be put out of business. They care more about money than they do animals. I will be calling the veternarian board.

I had high hopes for green acres, unfortunately they fell short mainly due to communication, or lack there of. For the most part, the care was okay, but trying to get any type of info about my animal was minimal and because there is a lot of staff there, not many of them are on the same page. My main reason for writing this post however, is the billing situation. I was charged upfront for a surgery that my dog didn't end up having till two weeks later. When I tried to get the money back, I was told it would just be a credit ... read more

I will never go back to this place again. One of the medicines they prescribed my cat was 6x the dose he was supposed to get and what is recommended for a cat his weight. I had to call several times to get someone to look into it. This is negligence. The only thing they offered was to give me the right prescription for free and subject my cat to another blood test and x-rays. My cat doesn't like car rides so this would have stressed him out, which I'm sure wouldn't have been good for him especially since he was just sic... read more

I started to tell my story as part of my review but it's too fresh. I'm so broken hearted I just can't 😓 However, I was handled with such love and care I can't put into words how comforting they were. They just knew what to say. They treated us like we were the only ones that needed help. If you need help, don't hesitate to go to Green Acres. You will be handled with love and care and they treat your pet like a precious jewel Thank you Green Acres, The Blaszczak-Graham family and Bear ❤️

Dollar lives matter more then your animal. My son brought in his dog that was having labor issues. They wanted the money before they did anything for this animal. They were there for 3 hours before we could take care of the bill for him so the dog didn't suffer. They did nothing. When they finally took care of the dog the remaining puppies were DEAD. Money first animal welfare second. This place is worthless as far as I am concerned. Thank God the one puppy that could be born naturally is alive.

I normally don’t leave reviews but I must say I was very satisfied with the service I received. My cat broke his back leg and I couldn’t find anywhere that would take him in quick enough for surgery. I called a ton of places. When I called green acres the staff was very helpful and reached out to the surgeon personally and asked if there was availability. I spoke to the doctor personally and he went over everything and answered all my questions. They took him in the following morning. Yes vets are pricey but that’s everywher... read more

To the point. Dr Beisinger killed my most cherished and loved son BANDIT. IF YOU DO NOT WANT YOUR FURBABY TO LIVE TAKE THEM TO GREEN ACRES HOSPITAL. Bandit was born with a collapsed trachea that would never impact his life at all. Monday I took him for his collapsed trachea for the first time at this place. They took BANDIT FROM ME. WAS GIVING SHOTS. ON TUESDAY MY SWEET PRECIOUS BEAUTIFUL SON WOULD NOT EAT OR DRINK. WEDNESDAY HE WAS IN AWFUL SHAPE AND TOOK HIM BACK AND WAS TOLD HE JUST WOULD BE REHYDRATED AND AT MY REQUEST ... read more

Let me tell you that our fur-baby's dire situation has left us feeling helpless and depressed, but yet hopeful. The Green Acres entire team, every single person, every single day, every single shift, over the last two weeks, has shown kindness, compassion, professionalism. Pet ownership has increased significantly during the pandemic. Meanwhile, fewer people relinquished their pets during that time, so all of the existing and new needed ongoing care. As we worked from home and spent more time with our pets, we've had more ... read more

They left my dog with an open wound that got seriously infected and in bad shape. While trying to reach out to have them fix him up, they only repaired some of his wounds. Now my dog is left in more pain then he was when we got there. The staff does not know what they are doing and needs to take better care of all of their animals.
