RecommendedSteve has always taken such great care of my family, collectively this is the 12th car thats been sold to us. Four years ago we were looking to buy our very first car and let me tell you we looked EVERYWHERE! We got nothing but bad news until we went to Greeley Nissan where they took a chance on us and helped us get into our 2007 Nissan Altima! Absolutley they best experience in car buying I think we've ever had! Brandon was amazing found EXACTLY what I wanted (and I was pretty picky). Otto in finance was so nice, he helped calmed my buying nerves. The managers were beyond great, we really felt like we were treated like royalty. We're normal people with average credit and never felt anything but special. Thanks Nissan family we will definitely be back!! If there was more than a 5 star I would give higher.
Today I went to Greeley Nissan and I was dead set on buying a car. I was about to say yes to the deal but one thing was on my mind, my 4 year old daughter was asking for water and the sales person did not acknowledge my daughters request so I left and bought a corolla and spent the exact amount at another dealership. I would have purchased the car if only he would have gave my daughter a bottle of water but hey his loss.
They provide the best customer service and wonderful prices!
10am oil change appointment and alignment turned into 2 hour appointment and oil change wasn’t even done... Never coming back and selling Nissan truck. Service advisors were not very helpful at all.
