I strongly suggest that you not use this facility. They did not send a referral to my insurance company. They had 30 days prior to the dental work to submit and receive authorization. They claim they submitted the pre authorization three weeks after the procedure. This caused denial of payment because of their poor organization skills. They also were going to over charge me on the payment plan by $122 and this caught by me when they sent me a bill with balance due. Do Not Use Modern Dentistry.
It only took me 35 years to have an amazing experience at a dentist. In and out in 40 minutes for a root canal and did not feel a thing. Great staff and appreciated all the positive attitudes. My search is over and you have a customer for life. Thanks again.
