I'd give no stars if it let me. Horrible service. Not only did the doctor make me come three days after I had an appointment for my twin boys back when she couldn't tell if they had both had all their immunizations (twins) but now I get bills and a claims notice for my daughter, who by the way is covered by Medi-Cal. Moving all my kids from their practice ASAP. Unprofessional, unorganized, and not worth the hassle. They are not in it to treat patients, they are in it for the money. Plain and simple.
I've been coming here for all my children for the past 6 yrs... They are all Awesome drs. I've met my children's drs the day after I had them & I love the fact that the drs come to the hospital to see the children & introduce themselves to you!!
Horrible parking, literally had to fight for my parking space, people are loud and obnoxious in the waiting room (and I don't mean that lightly, it takes a lot to annoy me, these parents were just as loud, if not worse than their kids), had an appointment for 11:00 a.m., didn't get called back until 11:45, just to sit in the room until 12:40. Besides all that, the doctor we saw was great. She quickly diagnosed my daughter and didn't risk not ordering X-rays for my daughter to make sure she doesn't have pneumonia. Save yourse... read more
