This doctor was great, but the way they shut down the office was not very cool. They claim they sent a letter to all the patients, it seems like me and a bunch of other people did not get one. The only reason I gave him three stars is because the doctor used to be good till he retired....

I was a patient here since I was in high school. I call to make an appointment and the number is no longer in service. I called the other location and same problem. I was not even notified of this or told how I could get my medical records. It’s a pretty lousy things to do to your patients who rely on these doctors. I’m now low on meds and at risk of having seizures due to this since I need to find a new doctor.

I saw this doctor for two years, and then one day they randomly shut down the office without telling any of their patients. I showed up for a scheduled appointment and the office was just permanently closed. I didn’t even get a call to cancel the appointment. There is some unclear message on the website about requesting your medical files but no way to actually do it, and no way to reach anyone.
