People were rude had absolutely no customer service skills took them over 2 hours to not deliver my food and when I ask for a refund was told no by some rude Chines person I never eat there again and will tell anybody any time someone brings up the word Chinese to never eat there
The unprofessional manner that was demonstrated in handling the issue regarding my daughter's order was theft. They took her money and did not deliver the food, then had the audacity to refuse a refund. We will be looking into a legal way to resolve this issue. That such disregard could be demonstrated to your customers is very sad.
