I almost never get delivery of any sort. In fact, in over 8 years, I think this might have been my 3rd restaurant delivery ever. They missed 1/3 of my order then hung up on me when I called to tell them. Then they never answered after. This is how you lose someone's business FOREVER.
I asked for 30 duck sauce and only got 20 if y'all need to charge for it I'll pay but I'll be ordering pizza next time at least they give me the sauce I ask for
This place used to be great but now it fucking sucks. I ordered delivery and they told me 45 mins. 2 hours later my food finally shows up. It was cold as wrong so I told them I didn't want it. They charged my credit card anyway. Tried again the next day, take out this time, got there and the order was wrong because the guy taking orders can't put his cell phone down long enough to listen to the people ordering. Me again. This poor excuse for a business robbed me for 30$ never brought me my food and offered no refund, refused to remake 2 hour old food that I never received. Health code states that food 2 hours old needs to be disposed of. The excuse they used was couldn't find my place. Earl core rd. I'm right on it. I look out my window at the carwash. Violates health code. I have gotten sick from eating from great wall
Ordered online took 40 mins an it was wrong, so called them an told them the guy said he would bring the right order out right away here it is going on 2 hours later. My husband hasn't ate cause they didn't give the right food. I will go to new foo sheen before here again
RecommendedI have ordered from here for years. I order lots of food and always tip drivers big. They take care of me every time. They cook and work there tails off and the drivers are fast and take care of buisness. This is not fast food. Its a restaurant. It takes time to prepare the food and have it delivered
This had been one of my favorite takeouts. No more. They made the wrong dish and then blamed me for not telling them what I wanted in it. My response....the way it was on the menu. Very rude, very unconcerned about retaining their customers. No problem, I'll go somewhere else.
