Our beautiful new door finished the house residing project perfectly. We found exactly what we wanted with Great Plains. All the staff was easy to work with, professional, efficient, and responsive to our questions. Although delivery took longer than we had hoped, it was worth the wait! The install went smoothly. My wife and I were quite nervous about getting new windows as it meant that we would have to open our house up in cooler weather, and also we would have installers in our home multiple days. However, our install team from Great Plains Windows put us at ease immediately. They were extremely friendly and knowledgeable. My wife called Great Plains Windows and Doors for a quote on a new patio door. They sent someone, apparently named John *****, to the house to measure the door. He spoke to my wife while I was at work and told her we would need a custom-sized door. He said he would provide a quote for an Andersen 400 Series door. He then provided a quote on Great Plains letterhead for a custom-sized, Anderson 200 Series (lower quality) door with an overall frame width of 73" and overall frame height of 80".
