Dr. Steven Below is a wonderful doctor. I've never had a doctor explain things so plainly or listen to me so intently. His bedside manner, his kindness and genuine concern are very evident. Great place !! Very friendly and answered questions .explain everything
Staff appears to be overstressed and therefore short with patients. Nurse was rude and condescending. Therapy department rude and unwilling to listen. See comment.
My doctor at Great Plains successfully replaced both of my hips, 4 years apart. I've always experienced good care!
