Our Daisy went to heaven yesterday. Dr. Randy was the Vet who first took care of her 13.5 years ago when we welcomed her into our family. He was also the Vet who helped her out of her pain yesterday. We are so very grateful for everyone at Great Lakes Vet Clinic who helped us over the years. Thank you so very much.

We had to say goodbye to our sweet rat terrier, Jasper, yesterday, who was just shy of 15 years old. We are very grateful for the cozy, comfortable room we got to share for Jasper's final moments. Complete with couches, chairs, blankets, fireplace, treats for the pets, and angel pins for the family members, it was above and beyond the cold and sterile room I was picturing and dreading. I Recently took my dog and cat to Great Lakes Veterinary Clinic for check ups. Saw Dr. Jeff this time. He took the time to answer all my questions, and well as followed up with us in regards to test results. The staff is so caring and so friendly. Dr Randy, Dr Sue and Dr Jeff helped my miniature dachshund during her difficult labor and delivery today! The clinic was obviously busy but they all chipped in to help our puppies arrive safe, and our momma safe! Emergencies are always stressful, thank you for making our experience smooth! I so very much appreciate the care you gave Charlotte and her pups today! ����
We have been with the Great Lakes for about 11 years. We were introduced to the clinic threw our Daughter who had told us about Great Lakes. This is where she brings her two dogs for all of there care. So when we went to the Animal shelter in Appleton to find a dog, they asked where we would be taking him for all of Coppers care's. They were pleased that we would be going there. And we have had nothing but great service though out the years. THANKS Great Lakes!

Dr. Randy and Sue are friends of ours, but we have found that all of the doctors at Great Lakes are wonderful. Our dog Ruby has been in the great care for over 12 years. The clinic is always clean and the staff are all friendly and welcoming. It is a great clinic.
We've been with Great Lakes, Dr. Randy, Dr. Sue and Dr. Jeff, for almost 20 years. I believe they feel our losses as much as we do, along the excitement of a new pet. They have taken care of us as well as our many animals! They hire excellent staff - who oooohhh and aaaawwww at our "babies" and make each of us feel important. They are kind and professional, and always have the animal's best interest at heart.
When I moved to the Valley in 1999, I needed to find a vet. My friends recommended Great Lakes, and I have been a client ever since, no matter where I have lived. They have been there, and I think grieved with me, when I have had to say good-bye to old friends. And they have taken delight in new friends. I find all the staff wonderful to deal with, and they take great care of all us: our furbabies and their humans. I appreciate them more than I ever tell them.
