I recently moved from Green Bay to Neenah. I made an appointment at Great Lakes because my cat was getting sick. I saw Dr. Jeff. I am highly satisfied with his work. You can truly see that he loves his job and animals. He helped me after hours to find out the problem of my cat. I’ve called with questions and he has answers for everything. Highly recommend him! We've been with Great Lakes since they opened their doors and wouldn't think of taking our "children" anywhere else. The staff is extremely knowledgeable, friendly, caring and compassionate not only with their clients but their fur babies as well. When I call to make an appointment and they ask if I have a particular vet, I always respond no one in particular - they are all great and I want to see all of them! rocky is a 'different' dog, yet the staff at Great Lakes are very good with him and make him as calm as he can be ( he hates car rides). I am very happy that they have been honest and open with what his needs are and willing to ask for my in put.
