I have been coming here for over twenty years and it just seems like over the years they are loosing touch with their clients, for example I drove during a snow storm for an appointment called on my way and said they could get me in at 1 instead of 130 I got there 20 min early after checking in 4 people went ahead of me and at 115 I was still not called in, I drive an hour to get here. I got up and left. I have a lot of history with these vets and they are great but getting too big. I guess it’s time for me to move on..

However, we had a very critical patient that required medical assistance. Our goal is to always make each client feel important and appreciated. Great staff. My dogs always are at ease being handled there. And the doctors always explain clearly what is wrong and the corrective action needed.

My daughter highly recommended Great Lakes Vet Clinic when we got our lab puppy, Harley. We have been there a few times now for his shots and wellness exams. Harley knows exactly where we are when we pull into the parking lot and is excited. Dr. Randy and all the staff are very nice and knowledgeable. Will definitely be telling others! Thank you for taking such good care of our Harley!

Great clinic and staff. Even took the precautions With my sick 7 week old to ensure no other animals would be exposed to something that may have been contagious. Luckily she isn’t contagious just a touch of pneumonia. But the cleanliness and caring of the staff is wonderful.

Everyone there was really friendly and knowledgeable; they explained everything, answered questions, and made very helpful suggestions. I wouldn't think of taking my dog anywhere else.

We aren't established clients at Great Lakes but the receptionist informed me of appointments made available each day for dogs who need care or are sick, so I called right away at 8am was able to get my dog Bently in to see Dr. Randy. All of the staff I spoke with on the phone and in person at our appointment were very friendly, helpful, and informative! Thank you Dr. Randy and all of the staff we saw today! We will be coming back!
