Dr Falen is wonderful! She explained everything in detail, didn't make me feel rushed, gave her honest opinion on how I should handle my issues and responded very quickly via the patient portal when I sent her questions and concerns. The nurse was great. Very friendly and caring. I'd give 5 stars but I had issues with the secretary that schedules the surgeries. She seems to never answer the phone or call back in a timely manner. I do not recommend this place. They rescheduled my appointment 3 different times. I am a new patient well was and have been waiting for about 3 months.
Doctor Cain and doctor Malaspina went rude because my husband wouldnt go through a ton of examines for a simple hernia. Dr Malasina told us to go somewhere else. Who does that. I always thougt drs were ther to help people not make you feel bad and unwanted.. Wow What a terrible experience. Ended up in Pittsburgh at dr McKeatings who was awesome caring and did a great job my husband is healing and doing so good. Will never suggest GL Surgery center to anyone. Woth the 2hour trip.
